Orders may be placed via phone; 305-304-2879. Store hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. Orders can also be placed online at www.jenniferpotterjewelry.com. Personalized orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. JENNIFER POTTER reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by JENNIFER POTTER.
FINE JEWELRY ORDERS:
All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 6 - 8 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Domestic shipping is mailed with FEDEX Ground shipping. If you wish to have your items sent overnight or 2nd day shipping it is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx. JENNIFER POTTER is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and JENNIFER POTTER is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. JENNIFER POTTER is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves JENNIFER POTTER. If your order is sent back to JENNIFER POTTER by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. JENNIFER POTTER does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FINE JEWELRY:
All sales are final. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Should you wish to make any alterations to your JENNIFER POTTER fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out to a sales representative at 305-304-2879. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
Please refer to our JEWELRY CARE page to learn how to personally care for your JENNIFER POTTER jewelry. For fine jewelry, JENNIFER POTTER is pleased to offer a one-time complimentary cleaning within one year of your purchase.
Any promotions offered by JENNIFER POTTER will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. JENNIFER POTTER reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, JENNIFER POTTER has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.
JENNIFER POTTER provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION
JENNIFER POTTER reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that JENNIFER POTTER shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that JENNIFER POTTER reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by JENNIFER POTTER.
JENNIFER POTTER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You acknowledge that the Site and the Service contains copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of JENNIFER POTTER. Unless specifically stated otherwise, JENNIFER POTTER owns the copyright to the Site, all images on the Site and on all jewelry designs as well as the rights in several trademarks. Because JENNIFER POTTER has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that JENNIFER POTTER is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, materials, advertising, products, promotions or any other activities or events. We suggest that you carefully read the applicable terms and privacy policies of any other site you may visit.

JENNIFER POTTER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM JENNIFER POTTER OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT JENNIFER POTTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF ANY FUNDS, TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE, LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR ANY OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE USE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR OTHER SITES; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY YOU MAY ACCESS THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
